Pretty In Pink
18 Jun
This bride’s bouquet makes me happy. It’s overflowing with flowers in shades of pink… hydrangeas, lisianthus, calla lilies, peonies, orchids, and waxflower. I wish they would invent a scratch and sniff feature for the web, because this bouquet smells absolutely FABULOUS! It’s wrapped in brown satin ribbon, which provides an elegant finishing touch.
Coordinating ceremony arrangements were made using the same flowers, with the addition of bells of Ireland… one of my favorite flowers to work with. Those are the sort of crazy-curved long green flowers you see in the photo below. They’re perfect for my “northwest” style of design, and coordinate wonderfully with one of my other favorite items: curly willow. I just love how these elements give such an organic feel to an arrangement.

The last arrangement is a table centerpiece for the same event. It sits atop a funky glass candle holder, and features the same flowers as the other arrangements. This little arrangement also makes me happy… it’s a nice change from the usual fresh-cut bouquets I’m used to making. I hope to make more of these for brides, as I think they are simply gorgeous!
I still have a few openings for July… it’s not too late to have gorgeous FRESH flowers for your wedding! Prices for the items shown are: bride’s bouquet: $119, ceremony arrangement: $129, centerpiece: $59. Call me today to set up a consultation. 360.931.6561
